I had been working as a customer service from different
companies for 10 years now, I have a wide range of Customer Service experience, work at a bank and tried online teaching too as a part time. I landed my first job as a Customer service who serviced U.S clients with radio subscription which was a very challenging job knowing I am freshly graduate I stayed there for 3 years. I moved to Cebu after the typhoon (Yolanda-Hyan) for better job opportunities and I was hired for another Customer Service job that caters U.S clients again for Internet, TVand Phone provider the job was very challenging as I handled billing inquiry and technical support at the same time (TELEPERFORMANCE) this company has been my solid training ground, I stayed for 3 years and dUpgrade to see actual info to apply for the number one Company in JP Morgan Chase as a banker. Being a banker with direct clients was a different perspective for me I learned to Investigate as I handled fraud, I learned to be
very keen in terms of security especially that I was dealing with clients finances I was doing very well until COVID-19 came and I have to deal with my own anxiety and I have to rest and resigned I stayed for almost 3 years.
I was trying to redeem myself but never did I know I am pregnant, I am living alone with no Job I tried to think how can I have an income so I applied for online teaching as I a graduate of Bachelor of Education, I have full pack clients because of my good profile but management was not accommodating so I have to find a new Job and currently I am very happy working for Project Home Base Airbnb, which I find very Interesting because I am a traveler so I can relate so much.
The reason why I am applying for a Virtual Assistant Job? because of my little one, I wanted to be there for my child while I am working from home, I have a lot of knowledge for years of experience and I have a lot to Improve and experience too, I am very hard working compassionate and 100% reliable. I hope that you will consider me, I will do my best to learn and excel.
