Profile Description

I am working in the industry for almost 10 years now. I have worked as a customer service for 5 years handled telco accounts in bpo Upgrade to see actual infomon work we do was trousbleshooting internet, phones, cable and basic computer troubleshooting.
After working as a customer service, I worked as a IT Service Desk, this time we work as a Store IT, handles corporate and retail users password resets, POS troubleshooting hardware and software, we also provide assistance with common IT Task. We are more likely the virtual concierge of the Company Employee. Anything about software and hardware which is related to IT, we are the one helping them.
Software that we usually use was active directory, citrix, vpn, printers online servers, cmd and more basic IT softwares.
Hardwares: Cabling troubleshooting with printers, computers and POS.
Major IUpgrade to see actual info Management- With this we work as a organizer in a company as a look out. We tend to look for common trends store and corporate is experiencing. We gather all the support and service managers needed to discuss a situation wether it is a major iUpgrade to see actual info or not.
We discuss impact and work with the support on how to mitigate the issue.
