After working as a customer service, I worked as a IT Service Desk, this time we work as a Store IT, handles corporate and retail users password resets, POS troubleshooting hardware and software, we also provide assistance with common IT Task. We are more likely the virtual concierge of the Company Employee. Anything about software and hardware which is related to IT, we are the one helping them.
Software that we usually use was active directory, citrix, vpn, printers online servers, cmd and more basic IT softwares.
