Hi, I'm John Carlo! I worked as a Customer Service Representative for 4 years and as an Admin Assistant for almost a year.
Thanks to my experience as a CSR and as an Admin Assistant, I'm equipped with a wide range of skillset. From customer service, to calendar and inbox management, chat and email support, appointment setting, shipment tracking, data entry and word processing, graphic designing, basic social media management, research, and amongst others.
Aside from my technical skills, I also work well with a team, can work independently, have great communication skills, take feedbacks well, adhere to schedules or deadlines, used to working under pressure, have a great work ethic, and I'm happy to learn or take on new tasks!
