With a strong background in writing technical standards and process standard flow. 

I am also an experienced Retention specialist and administrative and customer support with 4 years of work experience in Information Technology - Business process outsourcing in customer service.
 
I do possess a few important strengths that will serve me well. I am very good at managing files and paperwork. In addition, I have a great deal of experience with both data extraction and telephone interaction. I've perfected my data entry skills over the years, and my clients can always count on me to provide excellent results.
