Data Analyst for 8 years with expertise in collection, report, analysis and interpretation of data. As analyst, I was able to handle various customer issues which includes transaction processing, issue resolution, ensuring that department and customer needs are met, and assisting with special projects, as needed.

Consolidation of reports for management reporting. 
Provides data and handles inquiries related to customer complaints. 
Helps develop reporting tools, database and process improvement.  
Proactively help achieve team goals using data and continuously utilize data to come up with initiatives that will help us reach our goals.
