Experienced Track and Trace professional in a third-party logistics (3PL) provider, specializing in shipment tracking, logistics coordination, and issue resolution. Skilled in managing LTL and FTL pickups and deliveries, overseeing email communications, escalating issues to customer teams, and ensuring accurate proof of delivery updates in TMS.

• Oversee and plan the transportation of goods, ensuring pickups and deliveries are completed on schedule as per customer specifications.

• Track shipments in real-time to ensure progress is on track and address any delays or issues immediately.

• Handle and prepare all required shipping documentation, such as bills of lading and delivery confirmation.

• Coordinate with warehouse teams to align loading times with transportation schedules.

• Manage the scheduling of appointments for pickups and deliveries, ensuring all parties are informed of any timing changes.

• Resolve any conflicts or issues related to transportation scheduling, including rerouting or rescheduling as necessary.

• Maintain detailed records of transportation activities and appointments for compliance and reporting purposes.

• Analyze transportation performance data to identify improvement opportunities and boost efficiency in the logistics process.
