: Responsible for the creation and implementation of social media marketing postFacebook, Shopee and Lazada.: Manage incoming and outgoing calls, chats (fb messenger, viber, shopee andLazada) and emails Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.: Maintain and ensure all products information such as pricing, inventory, etcare upto date and available-to-sell.: Handle customer inquiries, customer complaints, resolve returns issues andprovide appropriate solutions to ensure resolution.: Responsible for process orders of Lazada and Shopee account, printing of waybilland coordinate with warehouse to ensure orders are prepared and fulfilled andmaking sure that the orders are delivered.: Responsible for updating of products and Inventory list of Shopee and Lazadaaccount.: Joining and Execute campaign and promotions (Shopee, Lazada, FB page).: Maintain product information request, review and data entry of informationnecessary to setup new items including detailed descriptions, attributes,features/benefits, documents and images.: Explaining to customers the best products for their needs.: Recommending related products to increase customers’ options and enrich theshopping experience.: Help Create and implement all Digital images, and social media campaigns.: Update reports monitoring for shopee and Lazada account
SALES & MARKETING
: Checking Competitors Social Media, Online Platform and creating reports.: Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print,broadcasUpgrade to see actual infod online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’expectations and to build the credibility of brands.: Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports: Organizing events such as product exhibitions, Opening of store, WarehouseSales and photo shoots, Christmas Party etc.: Checking of Key plans of Module for New Store, Renovations, Relocation
: Monitor Attendance of Coordinators thru viber -report to sales manager should there be any discrepancy in the approved itinerary against their actual location.
: Update Attendance monitoring drive every day.
: Read Daily all the messages in viber and make necessary action if needed.
: Direct report to sales and Marketing Manager.
: CHECKING OF WSR -Checking of Weekly Sales Reports (WSR) every Monday-
Tuesday and Month End.
: Review and analyze Upgrade to see actual infoeck the following then forward to Sales Manager for Allocation.
*Beginning and ending inventory
*Quality Sold
* Received model and quantity
*Incoming deliveries
*Other data included in WSR
: Coordinate with Coordinators regarding WSR concerns, clarification and corrections.
: Issue IUpgrade to see actual info Reports to Coordinators once there are discrepancies found in the submitted WSR.
: Keep WSR folders in proper storage.
: Update WSR Drive Monitoring and ensure that all branches submitted the WSR on time.
: Read and reply to emails every day.
: Coordinate with dealers regarding concerns of stores, request module, promotion and other concerns.
: Request and Purchase items for creation of Module and Sales and MarketingSupplies: Coordinate with Supplier, Warehouse and Accounting.: Monitor Status of Module (on-Production, For Deliver, For Pull-out: Create Promotion Letter, Price adjustment Letter, Intro Letter and submit to all dealers.
: Monitor approval of price adjustment, Intro new Items, and promotion letters.: Make sure that price adjustment and promotions are executed on time: Create and Update Pricelist every month and submit to all dealers.
: Present to Manager and President all Marketing concern and lay-out for approval every Wednesday.
: Responsible for application of DTI for all Promotions.
: Posting approved lay-out, promotion to FB page.
: Update all weekly, monthly reports need for Marketing and Sales Department.
 Monitor Offsite of Dealers: Responsible for allocation of company phone and sim card.: Responsible for applying new plans for SMART and GLOBE Plan.: Creating Contract for Company mobile phone and simcard, and distribute with theEmployees.: Responsible all concern about sim and cell phone.: Coordinate with Smart and Globe Manager about all the concern.
IMPORTATION DUTIES
: Responsible for DTI application (conditional release and ICC sticker)
: Coordinate to Supplier all the documents needed for Importation (Form E, Bill of lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List)
: Follow up to Supplier all the Purchase order
: Inform the Sales Manager and all the COOR about incoming Products for allocations.
: Coordinate the status of products to broker for our upcoming products (Estimated time of arrival, delay, for deliver)
: Report to the status of products to the owner (ETA, Arrived)
: Make sure that products will deliver on time
: Supervision of Inventory Department and It Department.
: Manage monthly schedule of Auditor.
: Doing Auditors Periodic and Encoding of Actual count
: Reporting to president all the information needed.
: Responsible for allocation of company phone and sim card
: Responsible for applying surety bond and Optical Media Board
: Responsible for applying new plans for SMART and GLOBE Plan
: Handling Lazada and Shoppe (online store) Account including updating of products, processing of orders, joining to campaign, answer customer inquiry)
: Performs other duties given by our President.
