IMPORTATION DUTIES
: Responsible for DTI application (conditional release and ICC sticker)
: Coordinate to Supplier all the documents needed for Importation (Form E, Bill of lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List)
: Follow up to Supplier all the Purchase order
: Inform the Sales Manager and all the COOR about incoming Products for allocations.
: Coordinate the status of products to broker for our upcoming products (Estimated time of arrival, delay, for deliver)
: Report to the status of products to the owner (ETA, Arrived)
: Make sure that products will deliver on time
: Supervision of Inventory Department and It Department.
: Manage monthly schedule of Auditor.
: Doing Auditors Periodic and Encoding of Actual count
