I've been in the BPO industry for more than 6years now. I
worked as a customer service representative in one of the top TELCO accounts in
the US and was promoted to a Mentor where I was able to support new hires and
provided them with product knowledge and shared my best Upgrade to see actual info April
2022 I dUpgrade to see actual info to look for a job where I can work from home. I worked as an
Answering service and front desk in small companies in the US and was leveled
up as a dispatcher where I dispatched emergency calls to Elevator companies,
Oil Companies, Nursing homes, Rehab, and Real Estate.
