Profile Description

I am currently working as an Events Coordinator in a travel agemncy in Melbourne, Australia. Our main tool we use is EventsAir. My previous work was a reservations agent in a hotel in Brisbane Australia. I've been in the Hospitality Industry for more than 6 years now. I am knowledgeable in using Opera Cloud version 5.6 as well as the online travel agent extranets such as Upgrade to see actual info, Agoda, Expedia, Revato and etc. Below are my skills/job duties as a reservations agent.
• Update bookings and process payment from third party websites and??emails.
• Deals with occurring booking problems that may arise to customer’s
complaints and refunds.
• Coordinating with the third-party websites to address the needs of
the guest.
• Answering guest queries through emails, calls and third-party
websites extranet.
• Replying to guest reviews.
• Updating and monitoring the rates of the property on Siteminder
(channel manager).
• Making group quotations and chasing payment and rooming list to
the group coordinator.
• Providing support to customers who may need to cancel or amend a
reservation.
• Submit end of month reports such as commission of third-party
websites, cancelled and check out with a balance, revenue reversals
of the month.
