I have been working in the corporate world in different industries for a total of almost nine (9) years. Working with so many different cultures has made a big impact on how I connect and build rapport with different types of people. 

I started my administrative career as a secretary in a construction company where I performed daily office functions as well as onsite inspections, I also helped in calculating the weekly payroll for more than 50 employees. I got promoted as a project manager and handled more than one project at once. My daily tasks included delivering projects to the pre-determined budget and maintaining time parameters and quality standards. 

I also worked as a rehabilitation staff, specifically as a recovery specialist wherein I introduced and discussed a 12-Step program, and offered counselling to help patients recover from substance use disorder and/or alcoholism while maintaining patient confidentiality in our local government's anti-drug abuse council. 

Moving forward, I started my BPO career in VXI Global in 2020 and handled high volume of calls for a telecommunication company and assisted customers with sales, technical concerns, and general or account-specific queries. During my employment, I consistently met sales targets and attained high promoter scores, even in challenging situations with irate customers, by skillfully cultivating trust and rapport. I also assisted in scheduling appointments for customer's requests on their cable or satellite service issues and installations with the available technicians. 

Later on, I dUpgrade to see actual info to find a more stable job and landed in iQor where I effectively managed diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. I assisted customers of another major telecommunication company via phone (inbound/outbound) and live chat across various lines of business (Customer Support, Tech & Billing, Telesales, Home Internet). While assisting customers for Home Internet, I learned to utilize Salesforce to ensure accurate customer data for contacting prospects interested in getting the home internet services. I also honed my skills in asking probing and discovery questions to uncover customer needs to determine suitability for the Home Internet service. I also guided eligible customers through signing up process, have set appointments at their preferred time, or facilitated smooth transition to the Sales Team for the same-day processing. During my employment, I also supported and mentored 10-14 agents from the training and production teams and resolved escalated issues to ensure customer satisfaction while utilizing data and MS tools to enhance team decision-making and strategy. Later on, as an aspire QA, I was assigned to monitor agent calls/chats, and provided valuable feedback to their team leads and partner managers for improvement.

At the Upgrade to see actual infont, I currently work as an e-commerce support advisor in TaskUs, offering assistance to merchants via live chat or email using Zendesk in setting up and managing their online stores, and providing applicable coaching and growth opportunities for their business needs based on their analytics report. Completing follow-up documentation after each interaction, identifying correct tagging, and forwarding to the correct department (if needed) are also part of my tasks. I also identify and resolve issues targeting at least 90% to 95% First Contact Resolution (FCR) to guarantee improvement in overall merchant satisfaction and reduce customers at risk.
