I am a very effective Virtual Assistant who is responsible in helping clients via the internet, phone or email in a remote location. I am very expert in handling day-to-day administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, attending meetings, making phone calls, managing calendars, email management and executing travel arrangements.As a Digital Creator, I also manage my own personal facebook account that I do as part time.
In my past years of working in the corporate world as Area Operations manager and also as Food and Beverage manager in the hotel industry, I had an extensive experience in operations management where I have been responsible in providing strong leadership, coaching and direction to assigned stores/restaurants improving operational efficiency while reducing costs, managing and training junior managers, supervisors and staff members. Moreover, I have been tasked to establish systems and procedures and build brand new departments, all with great success. I am very expert in opening and starting up new stores and dealing with franchise owners.
I have proven myself as a versatile, hardworking, passionate, customer service and results-oriented employee with an objective to always strive for excellence. I believe that my experience and skills will offer great value to your organization.
