Profile Description

I started working since I was 18 and my first job was as a Private English Tutor for Korean Students of all levels. I was a tutor for 3 years teaching mainly the Basic and Intermediate English Grammar, Pronunciation, Conversation and Communication. I worked in a BPO industry for 3 years- 1.5 years as a Telesales Representative with SPRINT Mobile and 1.5 years with CISCO as a Technical Support Representative. 
I worked as an Executive Virtual Assistant for 5 long years and my clients were mostly in the real estate industry such as Keller Williams. I managed Buyer and Seller inquiries, Inbound and Outbound calls, Email Follow Ups and provided excellent Customer Service. I was an Inside Sales Agent, generating leads and converting them to appointments. I also worked as a Lead Generator with The US Hospital Group - a Hospital Recruitment company for 1 year and a half. I was also part of Jetstream APS, a company that provides Hospital Records.   I've done all kinds of Office & Admin tasks such as Data Entry, Email Management, Article Spinning, Social Media Management and Marketing. I have vast knowledge in Microsoft applications- Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint, Gmail and Google Docs including cloud based softwares such as Dropbox, OneDrive, iCloud, etc. I have great skills in document editing through Adobe Creative Suite. I have knowledge in Wordpress and Photoshop and I have created website through Upgrade to see actual info. I have immense knowledge in windows navigation. My typing skills is an average of 50 words per minute. 
I have recently worked as a Real Estate Assistant Agent / Office Administrator with Affordable Property trust in New South Wales, Australia and my responsibilities includes Meeting up with Buyers/Sellers for Property Viewing and Inspection General Office tasks such as Phone and Email Management, Travel Bookings, Calendar Management, Property Research, Office Receptionist, etc. AirBNB and Property Management. I have completed and awarded the NSW Real Estate Certificate Registration Course Certificate III in Property Services (Agency) at Australian College of Business & Training (Upgrade to see actual info). I am continually seeking for growth and development. I am self driven and always willing to learn new skills. I have a lifetime membership at Shaw Academy, a largest real online educator, provides online skill development courses. I always challenge myself to be the best of what I do and I study to learn new skills all the time.
