I also collaborated with the CEO and Admin to improve training documents and procedures and handled inbound calls and requests for demos from third-party contractors.
My experience at Together Light, Inc. as an Administrative Supervisor further developed my skills in monitoring staff performance, handling customer service concerns, and supporting sales on different services. I also contributed to the website and social media, created and published member testimonials via WordPress, and managed text message responses of members in Zendesk.
My experience in technical support at Sykes Asia, Inc. provided me with a solidfoundation in troubleshooting and customer service. As a Customer ServiceRepresentative, I provided technical support for Verizon Cable and Voice Services,handled provisioning for the installation of cable services, and coordinated with LocalExchange Carriers to ensure proper installation. I also contributed to preparing andoutlining manual procedures for the installation of services from Competitive LECs,demonstrating my ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
My technical skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, GSuite, and databasemanagement tools such as Contactually and Mailchimp. I am adaptable, with a strongability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and possess excellentcommunication and problem-solving skills.
