Experience: 2 - 5 years
-Conduct targeted lead generation efforts to identify potential sellers who are interested in selling their property. -Engage with leads through effective communication channels, such as phone calls or emails, to qualify their interest and gather relevant details. -Utilize persuasive skills to convert qualified leads into appointments by highlighting the benefits and value of meeting with an Acquisition Manager. -Efficiently manage calendars and schedules to book meetings with potential sellers and ensure optimal time management. -Provide live transfers to an Acquisition Manager, facilitating a seamless transition from lead qualification to a direct conversation with the decision-maker. -Send confirmation emails or notifications to all parties involved, ensuring clear communication and reducing the chance of appointment conflicts or misunderstandings.
Experience: 2 - 5 years
-Call prospective clients and engage in effective communication to generate leads. -Handle inbound calls, make outbound calls, and promptly respond to texts and emails. -Gather and verify property details to ensure accurate information for potential transactions. -Efficiently schedule appointments for the Acquisition Manager to inspect properties and make offers. -Proactively follow up with warm leads in the sales pipeline and pursue potential opportunities from cold leads. -Maintain accurate seller lead records and effectively manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
