Good day! I have been working online since 2011 and have learned different skills throughout the year.

Currently, I am an SME Director of a Virtual Property Management company. My main task is to submit proposals to our clients, maintain a good relationship with the client, and the tenants, and oversee my department's production. I am also responsible to make sure that all of our technicians will have jobs that are within their skill set.

I used to be a Customer Service Representative for 8 years and was trained to handle different types of Upgrade to see actual info became part of my system that for every call I must make the customer satisfied with my answer or solutions even though sometimes I cannot solve their problem due to the limitation of my power.

I believe that to be a successful CSR you need to be patient, caring, and loving so that you would understand the issue of the customer through their perspective. You need to always aim to WOW the customer after the call.

I want to be a part of a company wherein I will be working not as a worker but as a partner instead. With this, we will be able to achieve our goals at best and efficiently.
