I was a Marketing agent and Fb Ads Marketer once before in a Training Center. Encouraging people to enroll in our
training center. I am an expert in handling Facebook pages and posting on social media. 

I am an expert in collecting payments as I was a collection specialist before.
 
I am an expert too and a dedicated Customer Service Representative, dedicated to providing
quality care for ultimate customer satisfaction. Proven ability to establish and maintain
excellent communication and relationships with clients. Dedicated to identifying customer needs and delivering effective solutions to all problems.

I have experience as an Appointment Setter/ qualifier / cold calling too in Credit cards, Internet, Real estate and Insurance

*Qualifier and Sales Representative in Credit Cards: I do outbound cold calling. Call our customers and qualified them then help them to process their application to avail our credit cards.

*Appointment Setter / Cold Caller in Real Estate: Contact the Lead to look for prospects who want to buy or sell their properties set an appointment with an assigned agent
contact my leads and turn it from cold to HOT LEADS. 

*Qualifying/sales / Cold Calling in Insurance: I do inbound and Outbound cold calling. Ask questions to qualify them then transfer the call to an assigned agent

My biggest achievement was I got more
than 20 recommendations from our customers, 100%  Positive surveys, and high incentives from my previous BPO companies. 

High incentives too from my previous Freelance job 
as an Appointment Setter and Cold caller. I also got 2 recommendations for Team leaders from my previous Team leaders.
