I have handled accounts payable for various entities using QuickBooks Online and Bill.com, including recording vendor bills, generating lists of open bills for approval prior to payment processing, recording payments, and matching bank withdrawals to payments for reconciliation. This role also involved monitoring the accounting inbox for incoming bills and reviewing them for accuracy and legitimacy before recording them in the system.

I have used Google Sheets for both personal and professional purposes, including collaborating with team members and working on shared spreadsheets with real-time updates.

I have experience working within Google Workspace as the primary company software for various entities, including its core applications such as Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Forms, and other related tools.

I have used Microsoft Outlook as the company email platform for various entities and am familiar with working within shared inboxes.
