Profile Description

Domestic/Export planning and truckload/vanload building.
Coordinate to truckers for the assurance of truck availability.
Prepare picklist, invoice, dr and other needed documents for delivery.
Make sure that every truck assigned can comply with the requirements and rules to avoid problems during delivery of goods.
Reprocess orders and manage allocation of available stocks for different accounts.
Making sure to deliver on time and in full.
Monitor transaction until it is fully delivered.
Receive and do actual checking prior system posting of Delivery Receipt from production and other inbound activities.
Manage inter warehouse transfer of goods.
Prepare daily and monthly reports needed.
Answering inquiries incoming calls and emails.
Making calls and emails to customers.
Data entry
Other tasks assigned by superiors.
