You can call me Sheng as my nickname. I was a former customer service for three years before I d ---------- to resign and just stay at home and be a full time mom to look after my child.

My latest job was a data entry specialist for one of the contractor in an Electric company in in New Orleans. I worked there for almost 8 years now. Aside from data entry, sometimes I also call the customers about their appts that was set up.
I worked for ---------- for almost a year, I processed order and payments, do some refunds if necessary. Then with ---------- for a year and a half, I'm under the escalation team for "money back guarantee". I'm the one who d ---------- of every case the buyer and the seller open. The I transferred to Telstra, a leading telecom company in Australia. Customer enquiry for their bills is my role there at that time.
Aside from being a customer support I'm also good in data entry, my typing speed is 40wpm. I can do some research with a good result and able to find the appropriate details in a short period of time. I also love editing using PHOTOSHOP. I'm Microsoft savvy especially in WORD and EXCEL.
