Profile Description

Regional Recruiter
1. Perform end-to-end recruitment for selected positions within the assigned groups.
2. Maintain, monitor and update the recruitment database to provide timely and relevant information to vacancies, fill-out rate, and all candidates processed.
3. Facilitated all new employee orientations to foster positive team attitude.
4. Generate initial interviews and screening assessments.
HR Business Partner
1. Respond to employee questions and requests for information in timely and knowledgeable fashion.
2. Maintain employee privacy and protected payroll operations by keeping all information confidential.
3. Encode rate changes, retroactive adjustments, in MyTime and MyHR softwares.
4. Ensure proper accomplishments of government related documents.
