10 years. I started as a customer care specialist for
channels and eventually became a supervisor of a team handling phone calls and

I also have extensive experience as a
specialist in workforce management. I was involved in capacity planning,
generating of schedules, implementation, and monitoring
line adherence, performance analysis, and
historical data review.
I was also part of a system and tools team
which extend support and admin for tools, programs, and applications used by
agents in carrying out their tasks.
Outside the BPO industry, I was a leader and
manager of service companies providing, security and facility maintenance.
Experience has taught me how to build strong
relationships with all departments in an organization. I have the ability to
work within a team as well as cross-team. I can work with colleagues and
teammates to resolve concerns and implement proactive measures. I can also work
with developmental groups to implement design and functional enhancements.
