Profile Description

I am currently working
in the Department of Education Division of Bohol as a Senior Bookkeeper since
2016 and was an Internal Auditor of SMCT Group of Companies for a year. I
graduated a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Management Accounting
and currently pursuing my Master in Public Administration.



My work as a Senior Bookkeeper includes BUDGETARY,
ADMINISTRATIVE, FINANCIAL RECORDING AND REPORTING, PROCUREMENT PROCESS and
ASSET MANAGEMENT. I use an MS Access-based system for the budgetary and
financial tasks. I manage assets (Supplies, Property Plant and Equipment, etc.)
through monitoring the inventory flows, depreciation tracking, and asset
labeling, recording and disposal.



I am one of the Technical Working Group who
crafted the School Operations Manual on Financial Management that is currently
used in the field. This manual aims to have a uniform implementation of
Financial Management and Accounting Principle in the field.



I am a CERTIFIED QUICKBOOKS ONLINE PROADVISOR and XERO ADVISOR CERTIFIED. My ability to communicate clearly and pay attention to details is
one of my best qualities as a Senior Bookkeeper. In my work, I make sure that
quality services are provided to my clienteles, and I give my 101?fort and time
to ensure that goals are met well.
