Airbnb Case Manager/ Property Manager - I served as a Virtual Assistant specializing in the rental division of the business. My primary responsibilities centered around managing guest communications, coordinating with cleaners, overseeing maintenance-related correspondences, and onboarding new clients. A snapshot of my daily duties included: 

1. Ensuring the seamless delivery of automated messages to guests, containing vital check-in details, access codes, and house manuals for their convenience.

2.  Addressing and acting upon guest feedback promptly. If feedback pertains to cleanliness, I coordinate with cleaners for immediate action; I coordinate with the maintenance team for timely resolution of maintenance issues.

3. Handling the onboarding process for new property owners interested in joining our company. This involved arranging meetings, guiding them through our company processes, and furnishing all necessary documentation to commence onboarding procedures.
