I hold a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management and graduated in 2021. I have extensive experience in sales and customer service, having worked as an Appointment Setter and in the BPO Industry for over a decade handling US Telecommunications accounts. Through these roles, I developed strong communication skills, the ability to work well with people, and a flexible work ethic. I also have experience handling different tasks such as assisting customers with phone purchases, troubleshooting issues, and handling escalations. I am confident that my previous work experiences make me the best fit for this role, as I am eager to take my career to the next level and grow with the company.
