Profile Description

I am responsible for responding to emails and phone calls. I am capable of scheduling meetings, booking travel and accommodations, managing a contact list, preparing customer spreadsheets, and keeping online records. I am also capable of organizing managers’ calendars, performing market research, creating presentations as assigned, addressing employees' administrative queries, and providing customer service as the first point of contact.
I am also responsible for providing remote assistance to business management professionals. My duties include conducting research and organizing data, interacting with customers or clients on their employer’s behalf, and performing additional clerical duties like updating calendars or sorting documents.
