I have been a customer service representative answering emails for 2 years and 6 months at Convergys (Amazon account). I handled customer's inquiries about their orders and helping customers troubleshoot their Kindle devices as well. 

I worked as a customer service associate through phone for 2 years and 3 months at Convergys (Time Warner Cable account). I handled customer's inquiries about their bills, on how we can fix their cable, internet and/ or phone service. 

I have experience as a talent acquisition in home based setting for under Al Mustaqueem Temporary Employment. I assisted our company in hiring maids bound to UAE.

I experienced working as an eBay lister as well where I do product sourcing, title optimization and listing.  

Experienced working as live chat representative for an eCommerce company. I assisted customers who wants to order, know the status of their order, wants to return the order, etc.
