I'm a dedicated Virtual Assistant highly responsive to a diverse range of client needs, specializing in supporting small business owners and solo entrepreneurs in client management, team management, guest services, accounting and bookkeeping, finance, and recruiting. I'm well-organized, I'm comfortable dealing with clients and financial data, I have high-level attention to detail, I have a can-do attitude, and I have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, results-oriented, a fast learner, and with excellent communication skills.
My most recent work experience is with a start-up company based in the US as a Business Operations Associate for 4 years. I was primarily involved in all aspects of the company. I jump in whenever I'm needed!
I'm also an expert in Bookkeeping and Accounting, a certified Quickbooks Online Proadvisor, and a certified Xero Advisor. I also have years of experience as a Team Lead and a Coach where I managed a team of 15-20 people.
