Profile Description

I am a Certified Public Accountant with more than 10 meaningful years of work experience in BPO/Shared Service industry with multinational companies. I have been involved in different processes in Finance tower such as General Accounting, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Payroll Accounting, Lease Accounting, Journal Entry Management and Accounts Reconciliation. I am knowledgeable in using different accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, Navision, Hyperion Financial Management and Blackline. My expertise in MS Excel also helped in creating process improvements which benefited our team. I've been part of different process migrations (Peru, United Kingdom, Abu Dhabi) where I have successfully transitioned the work from onshore to Manila. This also involved creating desktop procedures that onshore team must sign off before the Go-Live date. I am now currently working as a General Accounting Team Lead handling 7 FTEs. I'm helping them build their career within our company and be one of the leaders in the future. As we are also in work from home setup, I'm looking for a job which I can do during Europe or US Time zone. I am hoping to find a job which can really fit my knowledge and experience.
