Teacher (English)-creating daily lesson plan-creating examination paper-handling advisory class-managing grade 7 & 8 students-creating English activities for English week-creating English bulletin board-managing the school paper by proofreading student’s work
Front of House (Telstra)-taking inbound calls to assist customer’s concern-right planning (phone, internet and mobile plan)
Case Manager (Telstra)-taking outbound calls related to escalated cases that front of house wasn’t able to resolve -resolving customer complaints to avoid them from escalating to ombudsman in Australia as it will cost penalties 
Subject Matter Expert (Telstra)-assisting the case management team by providing support with the process, training packs, access and resolution validation-taking supervisor call as per customer request-coaching agents regarding their performance and providing feedback on the process-doing process improvement-analyzing data for process improvement -data reporting-assisting with special projects
Gatekeeper:-in charge of incoming emails that supports the operation. -in charge of collating data for analysis-in charge of process improvement using the data collected-in charge of implementing new processes that will help the operation
