Profile Description

-Manage a portfolio of engagements as assigned by the APAC Helix Admins through a web-based tracking site.
-Work with engagement teams to create a repeatable analytics delivery process that allows teams to understand, cleanse and transform complex data sets to an easily digestible format through the use of data analytics tools.
-Develop and maintain relationships with engagements teams and commit to create a common user experience through a standardized analytics approach.
-Complete data analytics projects based on an agreed service-level agreement (SLA) and escalate long outstanding projects to the Data Delivery Operations Lead.
-Create working papers documenting the procedures performed in a concise and organized manner, and meet the requirements set forth in the Global Audit Methodology.
-Apply best practices in managing data efficiency throughout the data delivery process.
-Stay up-to-date with new analytics techniques, auditing and accounting standards which impact the use data analytics in audit engagements.
-Process daily APV/PV transactions and check preparations
-Prepares weekly cash position
-Prepares invoices/billings to be sent to principal
-Prepares listings and payments to SSS/PHIC/HDMF
-Processing of monthly allotment of seafarers
-In charge of dollar withdrawal and encashment
-Handles petty cash fund (Peso/Dollar)
-Prepares Alphalist for VAT and EWT
-Prepares 2307 as deemed attachment for every payment
-Assist on audit schedules (Billables)
-Process Petty Cash Replenishment/Reimbursements (Voucher)
-Monitors and process liquidation of cash advances
-Filing of journal vouchers and check vouchers.
-Prepares inter-company reconciliation with JIC affiliates
-Filing of BIR 2307
-Processing SOA for CA and personal charges
-Prepares necessary billings to Affiliates
-Schedules Input VAT-Deferred (Monthly)
-Preparation of OR (Collections from Macrima)
-Prepares Monthly Payroll of all Seafarers
-Prepares Monthly Reimbursable Reports of all vessels.
-Prepares monthly invoices.
-Monitoring and in-charge of Fleet 1 Petty Cash Fund.
-Prepares and monitors cash advances of all seafarers.
-Prepares balance of wages of all Seafarers.
-In charge of the Seafarers’ balance of wages.
