As an experienced in Accounts Payable for 7 years. I am confident that my professional expertise suits closely to what your company seeks for.I am proficient in using Oracle Netsuite, SAP 750, OMS, Google Dynamics 365, Accounting Core, Xero and TANGRO. I know the basics of Upgrade to see actual info and Quickbooks.I do submit deliverables earlier or on time.My tasks usually includes:- End-to-end invoice processing- Handling of accounting mailboxes- Reviewing of all invoices for correct postings and payments- Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies, such as quantity and price discrepancies, and issues like posting GR, or goods receipt- Responds and communicates with vendor, suppliers and stakeholders' inquiries and requests- Do weekly and monthly vendor reconciliations, accruals, and other financial reports, like MRBR and GRIR- Performs bank and credit card reconciliation
With payments:- we usually have schedule for payment (weekly and bi-weekly), I experience prioritizing payment/s to invoices with discounts, I make sure to get them approved and processed before our payment schedule,- while for normal invoices doing vendor recon every week helps me determine which invoices are missing, due or past due, with that I can process payments accordingly,-for utilities, I have experience in paying them directly using company's credit card just to avoid disconnection,-I also print checks to send to vendors/clients as a payment-I also communicate with the vendor to avoid any penalties as much as possible.
So far, I handled accounts in the Australia, US, CANADA, Czech Republic, Slovenia and also experienced being a backup for a UK account.
In addition to my experience, I am a very flexible type of person, I can be with different kinds of people, and I am always interested in learning new processes.I hope my credentials are sufficient to be considered for this position!
