Main Tasks:

-Handling complaints of drivers and passengers about their ride experiences on the platform. 
-Assisted passengers and drivers in resolving the issues they encountered using the app. 
-Coordinated with other departments especially if it involves refunds.

-Assisted customers' complaints and inquiries about products or services they ordered/subscribed. 
-Tracked, confirmed and updated customers' orders from different merchants. -Managed customer accounts by updating their personal information, addressed billing inquiries and managed subscriptions.

Main Tasks: 
-Checking entered data of Data Specialists follows the correct way of categorizing different grocery/retail items, -Inputting large volumes of data into the Google Sheets -Working closely with team leaders and managers to ensure daily/weekly/monthly output targets are met. -Provided team coaching sessions to the team regarding updates on the processes. 

With the experience that I have, I can say that I am the best fit for this role. Working in Customer Service is no easy feat. But working in tech and chat support and as a Senior QA, I have learned how to communicate with customers, address their concerns, offer resolutions to their problems, and make sure they are given the best customer service experience.
