For  my Virtual Assistant experience - I am familiar in using tools such as: 
Auto Dialers : Calltools , Batchdialer
Manual Dialers : Mighty Call , Smrtphone, Aircall and Mojo , Nextiva
Lead Generation/ Skip Tracing : Batchleads, linkedIn 
For Auto Dialers, I can call 30-40 leads per hour, while for Manual Dialer I can call 20 -30 leads per hour.
SMS lead generation : Clicksend, batchleads, Nextiva
CRM Platforms :  Podio, Upgrade to see actual info ,Rei Sift and infusionsoft

My last cold calling experience was with a Real estate company, where I call pre-foreclosure properties, generate leads and set appointments for the acquisitions manager. 

For cold-calling , I can produce 3-5 appointments per shift, but since doing appointments is basically dependent on the quality of leads it is possible to increase or decrease the number of appointments. 

I was able to help previous companies to set appointments of actual selling leads that eventually becomes closed deals.

I can work as a cold caller since I don't a heavy accent and I can multi-task - typing / data entry while on an ongoing call.  I can also work on SMS lead generation and call the potential seller lead to set up an appointment. 

As for my equipment, I have a stable and reliable internet connection, a core I5 laptop, and a noise cancellation headset.
