I’ve been working in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry since 2015. During my time in this field, I’ve had the opportunity to handle various accounts, most of which were from the United States.
For the past 5 years, I’ve been a part of the Cognizant team. Currently, I’m working on the Docusign project as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). My role involves assisting users through both phone calls and email. Specifically, we address issues related to the Docusign app, handle billing concerns, process refunds, and manage cancellation requests.

I also worked as a Technical Support Representative for a US-based bookstore company where my primary responsibility was to assist customers over the phone. When customers encountered technical issues related to their online orders, account management, or website navigation, I stepped in to troubleshoot and provide solutions. Whether it was helping them track their shipments or resolve payment problems, I was there to ensure a smooth experience.
I've also been a Sales Specialist at a US medical company, my focus shifted to a different domain. Here, I engaged with customers through various channels: phone calls, chat, and email. Our primary clients consisted of patients who needed to reorder their medical testing supplies. I guided them through the process, answered questions about insurance coverage, and ensured they received the necessary products promptly. My role involved upselling other related products offered by the company, such as knee braces or wrist braces. 

I am equipped with different tools or platforms such as Salesforce, Docusign, Zuora, Genesys Software, Slack, Zoom, Google Suite, Appen, Microsoft Office.
