Profile Description

 Travel agent for almost 4 years what I am doing on that job is to Sells and coordinates transportation, accommodations, insurance, tours and activities. Advises also clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather and activities. Collects payments, books travel arrangements and pays applicable fees. I really enjoy my time working there because I love to interact with people it gives me joy seeing them satisfied by my service I am using basic Amadeus code and online booking system for the process and I am willing and excited to know more tools if you would allow me to your company that’s for sure and as of the Upgrade to see actual infont I resigned for previous job as a customer service representative to follow my dreams I believed this kind of work can help me to have a financial freedom I want to have the best in life for my family and for my Unico hijo and by the way during my tenure there I have gained valuable experiences such as clear and effective communication skills ability to handle surprises and also providing empathy when needed and I believed that I have the three qualities for being a good representative the 3ps professionalism, patience, and a people-first attitude.
