Having a virtual assistant is like having your own personal assistant at work. They help you stay organized, keep track of projects, manage your time, and do everything else that makes the job of being a business owner manageable. Here are some skills I've developed over the years that make me the best virtual assistant around: 

The most important thing for a virtual assistant is communication skills. A good virtual assistant will have exceptional communication skills regardless of whether they have years of experience or not. If you want someone who will communicate well with your clients, this is one of the most important skills that you should look for in an employee. 

Another skill that is important is project management. Whether you need someone to do the work yourself or manage other aspects of your business, a good virtual assistant should have good project management skills. This includes setting deadlines, following up on tasks as they are completed, and keeping track of progress so that you don't have to worry about it later on down the road!

Time management is another skill that's important for any employee working in your business—but especially so for a virtual assistant! It's very easy for any project manager or an administrative person to get bogged down with work and lose focus on what needs to be done next or how quickly it needs to be done. I am looking forward to helping business owners take on their daily work with ease.
