I am college graduate of BS Travel Management, with knowledge and experience in the tourism and hospitality industry. I have basic knowledge in Marketing Management, Meetings and Events Management, Business and HR Functions.
I have an experience when it comes to customer service, as I have worked as an HR and Front Desk assistant, and have handled different kinds of clients. I have an experience in screening and recruiting qualified applicants.
I am very computer literate and can navigate the web very well and can utilize Microsoft Office programs whenever necessary.
My other key strengths include writing, since it is also my interest especially when it comes to content/blog writing and business writing.
Moreover, I am able to do other clerical and administrative tasks such as data entry, email support, Google applications, Photoshop and other photo editing applications.
I am diligent, determined and focused when it comes to work. I am willing to learn more and discover new set of skills. I am also fluent in the English language, both oral and written.
