I am a Marketing Management graduate with (2) years of actual experience in the field of Customer Support Assistant in Government Office, (1) year of actual experience in the field of Medical Sales Representative and (4) years of actual experience in the field of Merchandising.
As a Government Customer Support Assistant; I am in-charge in Manning/Receiving of Application for Provident Benefits Claim, Validates and Process Application for Provident Benefits Claim, Coordinates with concern unit regarding pending claims application, Prepares monitoring and pending Claims report, Prepares for mailing disqualified Provident Claims Application, Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time: Mans in payment screening as needed, Receiving of Multi-Purpose Loan applications
and Verify/Validates members’ inquiries.
As a Medical Sales Representative; I am in-charge in Organizing appointments and meetings with community- and hospital-based healthcare staff, Identifying and establishing new business, Negotiating contracts, Demonstrating or presenting products to healthcare staff including doctors, nurses, Undertaking relevant research, Meeting both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals, Maintaining detailed records,
Attending and organising trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings, Managing budgets, Reviewing sales performance and Writing reports and other documents.
As a Merchandising Staff Assistant; I am in-charge to Prepare weekly and monthly sales report, Monitors inventory and stock on hand per store, Ensures that all merchandise is released on time to their respective
stores, Tracking and prepares request for funding/check payments of
merchandise and non-merchandise local and abroad, Prepares the PO upon approval of quotation by our immediate superior, Tracking of arrivals, Coordinate with the store staff regarding memos or any merchandise concerns, Dissemination of memos, quotas and visual merchandising guidelines, Generate reports thru IAS, Uses JDA system in encoding merchandise items and Attends to store set-ups, offsite sale events and brand events.
