Profile Description

I worked as Admin in a 3rd party Dispatch Company, I am in charge of checking and filling all the documents. I also do invoices for each Broker, I always make sure to send invoices and get paid in real-time I am also in charge of Finalizing the contract for the new Client/Broker.
I've been working as a Dispatcher and Admin in one of the Dispatching companies based in the USA for almost a year. My job is to look for and book a Load on a daily, monitor the ETA for pickup and delivery of the load. Most of the time I am the one completing the carrier packet once I got the load.
I use DAT, Sylectus, and Truckstop to book load. I use Macro point to monitor the driver's status and TMS and Slack for communicating with the driver and input load details for driver visibility too.
I also worked in the BPO industry for more than 8 years, I handle US and Australian accounts both Customer Service and Technical Support for Telco accounts. I am one of the top agents when I was working and got promoted to Subject Matter Expert after 3 months of being a regular agent. I also handle classes to support and train the newbie.
* Inbound/Outbound calls
* Handling Supervisor call - Booking and modifying Airlines Tickets (Spirit Airlines)
* Assisting technical concern for mobility service (AT&T)
* Assisting customers with concerns with the bill and service with their phone, internet issue, and Cable issue
* Handling Supervisor call for Samsung Australia
I also have experience working as a Cold Caller for the Real state. Part of my job is to call a homeowner to check if they are interested to sell their property and if they do, I am the one who set the schedule for an appointment. I always make sure to do my best and make sure as much as possible to close a deal every week.
