I am responsible for providing high-quality Customer Service to our company’s customers via phone, email, and chat. Working with a diverse customer base, as well as maintaining the confidentiality of personal information.
Keep records of interactions or transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, and actions by checking to ensure appropriate changes to resolve all issues.
I am a passionate and motivated individual who has many years of experience in Customer Service and support, looking for a responsible position in this company where one will find a platform to utilize acquired knowledge and skills.
I used to work as a Customer Service Associate in Sam's Club and eventually became Back-office Associate and handled email support for escalated concerns. Where I usually contact customers, vendors, and carriers. When a pandemic hits, we were given the additional tasks to handle chat and voice to make sure the customers will receive their orders at the given time.
