I have been working since I was in College as a Student Assistant in the University Library and accepting typing jobs on the side for the graduating students on their thesis. I got to experience media entertainment/marketing when I landed a job at a local radio station as a Secretary and at the same time Radio jockey. With BPO companies, I've been around for about 12 years. I started as a trainee for a Technical Support and Financial account based in the US. Then I worked as a Market Research Interviewer doing surveys for mostly US and UK accounts, business-to-consumer (B2C), and business-to-business (B2B) departments. I also tried working as a Non-voiced Sales agent and was moved to being an Administrative Assistant. After being an Admin Assistant, I was transferred to the QA department as a QA agent. A year later, I was promoted to the Team Lead for the QA department and lastly, I handled two departments, QA and Verification (Data Entry/Transcription) in the same position as a Team Lead. My most recent job is being an Account Manager of a VA Company that caters mostly to the Real Estate industry and some are Insurance, Healthcare, and Education (after-school program) from the US and Canada.
