Profile Description

- Email Management, working on client emails using MS Outlook as a tool for answering daily queries, tagging, labeling, creating rules, decluttering unnecessary or old emails, and working on making emails easy to access and understand what emails come when it's important, urgent or need to delete when organized.
- Doing Calendar management, making sure every event or meeting is put in place, and always making sure there's a gap in between meetings in order to avoid double booking.
- Using HubSpot tools to create a task for the Client that needs their action when using the tools, and using the tool to update the Contacts of the Client and the Company.
- Use MS Teams for communication when updating and creating loop lists for my client and his members for creating tasks and Upgrade to see actual info order not to miss any emails, calls, and other events.
- Travel Management, creating itineraries and searching for the best possible deals on flights, car rentals, and hotels that are within the client's needs and wants as well on the budget given.
