I have worked as a Technical and Customer Service Representative, Point of Contact, Escalation Officer, Trainer, Subject Matter Expert and as a Quality Analyst and Coach.

I also have knowledge in Admin Works, create reports and presentation, train and coach people. I can also do Photo Editing and Graphic design.
