Profile Description

I am an experienced Executive and Operations Support professional with a strong background in training management, property management administration, and executive-level support.

I began my career supporting a US healthcare client (2016–2018) as a Medical Billing Specialist, where I handled data validation, reporting, and compliance-focused tasks requiring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. I later transitioned into Australian-based roles supporting property managers, business owners, and senior leadership teams.

I have hands-on experience in Australian property management, including trust accounting, arrears management, lease drafting, tenancy processing, compliance documentation, and reporting. I am proficient in PropertyMe, Console Cloud, and PropertyTree, and I manage end-to-end property administration—from advertising and tenant enquiries to lease preparation, bond documentation, tenant transitions, arrears follow-ups, and monthly reporting.

In my recent leadership roles, I have reported directly to the CEO, led the Training Department, managed Trainers and Virtual Assistants, overseen marketing coordination, and ensured operational continuity during new implementations and staff replacements. I am experienced in KPI tracking, performance reporting, process improvement, and client coordination.
