Profile Description

? Triggering/sending invoice through SAP
? Excel VBA debugging and coding
? Assigning emails to the collectors
? Application of accounts receivable clearance to be processed as refund, escheatment, bad debt write off or credit write back.
? Application of payment through the use of Aurum.
? Sending of Welcome Letter.
? Assisting collections on replying with the customer to ask for the details of the account.
? Generating report for the collections (for tracking mails out of SLA)
? Transaction Processing
? Perform data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools.
? Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing and resolving issues/problems.
? Assess and resolve non standard and standard issues or problems.
