I worked as a LEAD QUALIFIER for health insurance. We do outbound calls to pre-qualify customer then transfer to a live agent. I also worked for an insurance broker. My role there is to get around the gate keeper in order to talked to a human resource manager or anyone who is in-charge with the employee benefit, so that we can set up a phone call appointment. Before, that I worked as a Technical Service Representative for a TELECOM company where we do provide technical support to our customers by answering their questions or troubleshooting their problems in regards to internet connection, electronic devices, computer, laptops and mobile phones. We also do up selling whenever it's already out of our scope.And prior to that, I also work as Customer Service Representative for a prepaid mobile network. My role is to help them with phone activation, adding minutes to their prepaid phone and helping them to purchase new phones.
