Profile Description

As a Bookkeeper, I am responsible for recording and maintaining all business’ financial transactions, such as purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments. I also record financial data into general ledgers, which are used to produce the balance sheet and income statement.
I am also responsible for overseeing and reconciling hundreds of financial transactions. This is typically done with the help of various software systems, such as Quickbooks Intuit and Xero, and for this reason, technology literacy is incredibly valuable for us to expedite the work done.
As a Virtual Assistant, I am responsible for providing remote assistance to business management professionals. My duties include conducting research, organizing data, interacting with customers or clients on their employer’s behalf, and performing additional clerical roles like updating calendars or sorting documents.
