As an Amazon PPC Specialist, I consider communication as a very important skill. Most Amazon seller's have not trained to be a PPC Specialist and rather have a businessman's hat. This is usually the pitfall in establishing a good relationship with a client. By having good communication skill I can effectively, explain and leverage my strategy towards client's Amazon account. By having this skill I am able to collaborate with my client and formulate a good plan in launching strategies to scale an account.
My experience in Sales has made me more keen in gathering and analyzing data. Back when I was a Sales Representative, it is imperative in gathering client data. This helped me formulate a plan of action that can help me achieve my monthly sales quota.
Being an Amazon PPC Specialist, one must also know how to wear a Businessman's hat. Fortunately, I have handled a Food Business for almost 2 years and was able to experience the challenges of a business owner. For example, a Best Selling product in Amazon will have its lifespan and a once Best-Selling item can have a lower demand. As an Amazon PPC Specialist, we can show our client Sales Data and he or she can formulate that it is already time to move on to source another Best-Selling item that can sustain the business further.
Lastly, I believe that Hard-skills can get you the job, but my values are of utmost importance to me. Being Honest and having Integrity is essential in doing business with my clients.
