I have years of experience in the BPO industry and I have been trained to acquire the skills of becoming one of the best in this field. My first job was with StraighTalk a US-based phone company service provider as a Technical Support Representative for almost 2 years which developed my skills in troubleshooting. I was also a customer service associate in eBay a known online shopping platform in the US where most of my customer service skills were developed like showing empathy to the customers, acknowledgment, and clear an concise way of communicating. After 2 years with eBay, I have dUpgrade to see actual info to work home-based and got my first job as an appointment setter for an insurance company. I also worked as a virtual assistant and ISA for a real estate company.
