Profile Description

i) I was responsible for the mortgaging of properties, land registration and other real estate processes;
ii) I drafted and reviewed several pleadings, affidavits, contracts, and other legal papers;
iii) I assisted the counsels in advising different clients with their legal problems;
iv) I assisted the counsels in the Notarization of documents;
v) I am in charge of doing follow-up, file and serve different pleadings to the court and to the opposing parties;
vi) Research related laws and jurisprudence applicable to the legal cases in the office;
vii) I was responsible for procuring several documents in the administrative agencies for the University; and lastly,
viii) I assisted the legal counsel in meetings with different legal problems of the University.
